Matt Poague joins Chantries

The Directors of Chantries are delighted to announce that they are expanding their team in their busy Guildford office and have been joined by Matthew Poague.

Matt began his career in estate agency in 2006, working for Curchods before moving across to Burns & Webber in Guildford, where he was Assistant Manager. He brings with him a wealth of experience in selling properties in Guildford’s town centre and the villages.

Anthony Brown, Director at Chantries comments: “We are delighted to welcome Matt on board at Chantries. We have known him for a number of years prior to him joining us and have been most impressed with his knowledge of the local housing stock, his attention to customer care and his ability to solve the many problems and issues that moving house can throw at people! He will be an invaluable asset to Chantries and we look forward to working with him and expanding our business further.”

While this isn’t a new phenomenon - even in a busy market there’s always been a smattering of them - the post-Brexit landscape means they are now outweighing new instructions marked Added Today on a daily basis.
