Many of them are not, which can cause frustration. You’ll also need a lender who is also happy to work within a timeframe. While this can be difficult to judge, a financial adviser should be able to tell you which lenders can perform more quickly.

 

 

 

“Finally, it is most important that the expectations of everyone in the buying chain are understood from the outset. Agree on realistic targets throughout the transaction - this way you will know whether you are on track, what is outstanding and ways you may be able to help.”
